Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the administrative point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
Handle all incoming calls, take messages, and route correspondence efficiently.
Manage and respond to executives' requests and queries with professionalism.
Perform a wide range of administrative and coordination duties in:
Data entry
+ Document filing and printing
+ Overseeing goods flow and logistics Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
Support day-to-day office operations.
Monitor and manage office supply inventory.
Handle accounts payable and assist with basic finance-related functions.
Carry out other administrative duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Dorm Manager.
Requirements:
Good computer literacy
