Job Description

Key Responsibilities


1. Support in the application process for grant support, including checking and verifying supporting documents.


2. Assist in planning and managing industry events, including mailing lists, participant sign-ups, logistics coordination, and post-event follow-ups.


3. Collate and prepare post-event survey results and feedback summaries for reporting.


4. Track project status and progress to ensure timely follow-through and reporting.


5. Conduct desktop research on companies or partners to support meetings and engagements.


6. Provide administrative support for industry engagements (e.g. preparation of meeting materials, name tents, documentation, minutes of meetings).


7. Handle general office administrative duties


8. Assisting in coordination of staff activities and internal meetings


9. Perform any other office-related tasks or ad-hoc duties as assigned to support smooth daily operations.





Job Requirements


1. Degree in any discipline, preferably business or technology-related.


2. At least 3 years of working experience in administrative or coordination roles preferred.


3. Strong organisational skills; methodical, detail-oriented, and proactive self-starter.


4. Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


5. Good written and spoken communication skills, with confidence in presentations and coordination.
