About the role





As an Administrative Executive at House Of Watches Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our boutique. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company and develop your administrative and organisational skills.


What you'll be doing



Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team Coordinating schedules, arranging appointments and managing calendars Handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence in a professional manner Maintaining and organising office files, records and databases Assisting with the preparation of reports, filings and other documents Supporting with various ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects

What we're looking for



Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative / secretarial role or similar role Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions accurately Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving Knowledge of office procedures and administration best practices
