Administrative Executive Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide Customer Service Support to Clients
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records, and databases to ensure consistent and timely monitoring of works.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
  • Ensure data accuracy
  • Assist in Report Preparation, filing and monitoring Submission Due dates
  • Provide office support such as making copies, answering phone, prepare correspondence through emails
  • General sales & admin duties
Requirements:
  • Min GCE ”O” or “ N” Level
  • Excellent interpersonal and computer skills
  • Meticulous in handling figures
  • Maintain receipts and payments accurately
  • Customer and Sales oriented
  • Mature, friendly and positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A highly self-motivated individual
  • Excellent in multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Quick thinker, able to adapt quickly to changes and work well under stress in a fast paced environment
