Job Description


  • Perform general personal & secretarial duties
  • Manage calendars and appointments scheduling
  • Maintain a filing system for data on customers
  • Prepare presentations / proposals / slide decks as assigned
  • Attend to queries via calls and emails
  • Handling courier services and mails
  • Arrange and coordinate travel
  • Oversee all administrative tasks such as office maintenance, stationary requisition and managing office assets list
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and other relevant departments
  • Other ad-hoc office duties.

Requirement
  • Min 1 year administrative experience
  • Bilingual in English & Chinese
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal abilities
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once with ease
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
