Providing secretarial and administrative support for members in the team
Providing assistance in a professional manner to enquiries from stakeholders and customers
Managing travel arrangements for team, and visitors to Singapore
Perform data analysis and recommending best alternatives in coordinating logistics requirements for communication within the team and with external parties
Organizing and handling regional meetings and top management visits
Pro-actively participate in the review of documents and templates to improve the efficient processing of data and communication
Perform maintenance and update of data shared internally while ensuring that data security protocols to prevent unauthorised disclosure are being followed private & confidential
Managing the accurate processing of data from incoming invoices, POs and AR/AP and x charge processes
Involved in ad-hoc projects including projects requiring confidential clearance by the CEO
Assisting in partial HR duties involving recruitment and documentation
Other duties when assigned by the management
Requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant working experience
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Experience with CRM/ERP will be an advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Meticulous and detailed oriented
Ability to handle highly confidential information of critical nature
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Citizen/Resident is prefer
