DESIGNATION : Admin Executive (Ref: PM)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Admin Executive (Ref:PM) Kaplan Higher Education Academy Genesis provides quality learning & development solutions in the form of short professional courses, catering to the needs of the continuously changing environment. Job Responsibilities Pre and Post-course Preparation/Administration

  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Prepare the materials and necessary logistics for class preparation
  • Collate course material from lecturers (Supplementary Note/Workbook)
  • MyKaplan admin
  • Canvas admin
  • Update orientation slides
  • Conduct orientation sessions
  • Send course confirmation
  • Address student enquiries
  • Zoom support (where required)
  • 1st level of student support (walk-ins)
  • Prepare the materials and necessary logistics for exam preparation
  • Work with IT and Exam Office on logistics matters
  • Book invigilators for WSQ assessment
  • Address student enquiries
  • Weekly attendance monitoring
  • Academic administrative support
  • Conduct class visits and spot-checks
Comply to SOPs / Workflow/ CPE regulatory requirements
  • Comply with all criteria under the EduTrust Scheme on corporate governance and administration, student protection and support services, academic processes and assessment of students and also on quality assurance, monitoring and results
  • Prepare for any ad-hoc reports for CPE as and when requested
General duties
  • Ensure all calls and emails received are routed to the respective department
  • Attend to students’ enquiries
  • Assist with issuing of study materials during commencement of classes


QUALIFICATIONS
Job Requirements
  • Candidate with at least 2 years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and outlook
  • Team player, aptitude to learn, meticulous and good communication skills
