Prepare Quotations, Delivery Orders, Contracts, Purchase Orders and Invoices with accuracy. (Need to understand Manager's handwritting and type out the required documents)
Monitor job process to ensure timely completion of job and collection of payment
Follow-up on outstanding jobs and perform call back to customers if necessary
Perform general administrative duties (updating, scanning, printing, mailing, filing)
Other Ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in the relevant field
MS Office proficient (Word, Excel)
Knowledge of Xero Software is an advantage
Similar admin work experience in Construction industry preferred
Meticulous and independent
Able to work in a fast pace enviroment
Able to meet tight deadlines

Job Location: Hexacube (near Eunos MRT)
5-day work week
8.30am to 5.30pm
