Job Duties:
Perform general personal & secretarial duties
Attend to queries via calls and handling courier services and mails
Oversee all administrative tasks such as office maintenance, stationary requisition and managing office assets list
Provide administrative support to the sales team and other relevant departments
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency in company activities
Main point of contact for various vendors such as service providers and office building management
Be updated of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Business or equivalent
At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
Adaptable and flexible attitude
Meticulous, pro-active and responsive
Resourceful with strong organisational and co-ordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word preferred
