Job Overview This role will be reporting to the General Manager. You will be responsible in planning and arranging contracts for freelance staff.

  • Source, plan and arrange freelance staff
  • Provide administration support
  • Prepare reports
  • Assist in recruiting freelance staff
  • Build and maintain good working rapport
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Tourism / Travel / Leisure studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluent spoken English, good written communication skills
  • Experience working towards achieving sales targets and team goals
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Must be an excellent team player
  • Candidate with freelance contacts will be an advantage
