Manage petty cash, keys, letters and office suppliers
Filing of documents in accordance to in-house accountant’s requirement
Close and record payments in accounting system
Perform basic accounting entries in accounting system
Monthly Bank Reconciliation
Assist with Quarterly GST Submission:Generating of GST reports using MYOB & keying in of Directors’ receipts for claims purposes
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Candidates must have basic to intermediate skills in Email, Microsoft Word & Excel.
Training will be provided for system entry into accounting system.
Work Experience: 1 year and above
Required to work independently and have good interpersonal skills
