Do market research and prepare report and presentation to management
Servicing all clients on all insurance related matters such as renewal, enquiries, new business, etc
Upselling and cross selling of various ins products to corporate clients to increase business turnover
Servicing all clients on all insurance related matters such as renewal, enquiries, new business, etc
Liaise with existing ,prospective clients on various insurance product
Co-ordination with all our present and new company's clients in any matters as assigned
Typing, filing and general paper work
Provide administrative support and duties as assigned
Coordinate with insurance company and assist on clients on claims matters
Involve in marketing ,upselling insurance to prospective clients on insurance related products.
Handle any other ad-hoc duties / tasks/projects assigned
Handling of telephone enquiries
Secretarial & other administrative duties.
Data entry, updating of database
Participate in various work process improvement projects
Assist in billing as and when necessary
Good communication
You are to assist your fellow colleagues during their absence
Minimum Qualification
Degree In Business or finance
Diploma in Business management
Possess Certification in General Insurance (CGI) by SCI
