Our portfolio include companies from the following industries : Advertising, Branding, Media, F&B, Interior Design, Trading, Precision Engineering, Investments and others. We are actively using technology for our clients thereby improving their profitability, creating positive impact on their staff and our staff. We use XERO and add-ons for our clients. JOB SCOPE Coordinate office activities, ensure smooth running of operations, provide conducive environment such that all staff can work happily. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, scanning, fixed assets, etc) Administrative and operational support to the different departments, assist in fixing and arranging appointments with clients, follow up on clients' documentations. Coordinate communication between the various departments Client liaison, follow-up on payments from clients. Answer queries from leads and existing customers Preparation of quotations, follow up and closure of cases Preparation of invoices to clients Manage the IT functions Assist in marketing activities - updating of website, preparation of marketing materials, Devise plans alongside other members for growth of company Support company in any new management direction Draft meeting minutes. Perform the key administrative processes and procedures involved in area of specialization. Update manuals of standard operating processes. Perform common risk management and compliance procedures. Requirements Competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision Go-getter attitude Team-player Self-starter, self-motivated and trustworthy Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational and leadership skills Willingness to learn new skills Good written & Spoken English Good spoken Mandarin Preferably worked in accounting firm Familiar with ACRA, IRAS and Corp Pass portals Skills Strong in Microsoft excel, words, powerpoint Microsoft office 365 Xero (Advantage) The candidate will work from home and visit office or clients' place as and when required
