Our client is a local company that specializes in cranes and various automation systems and they are currently looking for an Admin Executive who will be focusing on Service Agreement contract
Reporting to: Senior Admin Manager/Service Manager
\xe3\x80\x90What you will be working on\xe3\x80\x91
Attend to incoming calls that can be from the likes of customers, vendors, and internal colleagues in a professional and customer-oriented manner.
Schedule and coordinate activities for service and repair-related operations including technicians\xe2\x80\x99 daily on-site tasks that are being carried out for customers.
Handle Service Agreement contracts and follow up with customers 3 months in advance before expiry.
Perform routine administrative tasks including but not limited to sorting of order confirmations, quotation, purchase orders, work reports, invoicing, data entry, filing management, service reports, certificates etc.
Issue direct billing for man-hour charges.
Buddy system and familiarize with other aspects of administrative tasks in the Service admin section e.g. invoicing, issue purchase orders etc.
Upkeep and maintain tracking systems, hard copy files and records for analysis.
Submit monthly reports with analysis and recommend areas for improvement e.g. Warranty Repair Summary Report.
Any other assignments that may be assigned to you from time to time
Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a NITEC certificate
At least 2 years of working experience in an administrative or coordinator role is required for this position
Positive mindset, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess good skills in MS office
