Job Description



  • Our client is a local company that specializes in cranes and various automation systems and they are currently looking for an Admin Executive who will be focusing on Service Agreement contract

    Reporting to: Senior Admin Manager/Service Manager

    \xe3\x80\x90What you will be working on\xe3\x80\x91
    • Attend to incoming calls that can be from the likes of customers, vendors, and internal colleagues in a professional and customer-oriented manner.
    • Schedule and coordinate activities for service and repair-related operations including technicians\xe2\x80\x99 daily on-site tasks that are being carried out for customers.
    • Handle Service Agreement contracts and follow up with customers 3 months in advance before expiry.
    • Perform routine administrative tasks including but not limited to sorting of order confirmations, quotation, purchase orders, work reports, invoicing, data entry, filing management, service reports, certificates etc.
    • Issue direct billing for man-hour charges.
    • Buddy system and familiarize with other aspects of administrative tasks in the Service admin section e.g. invoicing, issue purchase orders etc.
    • Upkeep and maintain tracking systems, hard copy files and records for analysis.
    • Submit monthly reports with analysis and recommend areas for improvement e.g. Warranty Repair Summary Report.
    • Any other assignments that may be assigned to you from time to time
  • Requirement

    • Candidate must possess at least a NITEC certificate
    • At least 2 years of working experience in an administrative or coordinator role is required for this position
    • Positive mindset, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Possess good skills in MS office
  • Working Hour

    8:00 ~ 17:00
