We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Admin Executive . The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the sales team.
Key responsibilities:
Assist the sales team to prepare loan documentation in a timely manner
Processing and updating of sales and purchase records in the system.
Provide general operational and administrative support for the Sales team
Handle enquires from customers through/ from/ via all communication channels.
Prepare documentary supports, input orders into company computers system and monitor the status
Requirements:
Minimum \'O\' Level with 1 to 2 years of administrative experience in any field
Proficient in Microsoft Office
