Admin Executive Our new colleagues will assist our Project, Wholesale and Retail Teams to ensure the overall effective coordination of operational process and functions. Responsibilities :
To provide administrative and secretarial supports to our product distribution and retail operation teams.
Take meeting minutes and disseminate to teams for execution
Assist operation teams in monthly target setting, project, retail and distribution tabulation of commission and incentive payout
Manage and update price catalogue in system
Answer customer\'s enquiries and to arrange servicing / delivery / supports
Other ad hoc duties/projects assigned by G.M
Basic photoshop skills (resizing / extraction only) will be an advantage
Requirements :
At least A-level / Diploma and above or equivalent
Compulsory to have strong knowledge in Microsoft office , especially Excel
Extensive report generation with good eye for details to ensure report accuracy
Strong coordination skills and ability to communicate and articulate to get things done
Meticulous sense of responsibilities and good working attitude follow up skills
Good interpersonal skills and be able to work in fast paced environment
Process good communication and written skills
