Scheduling, preparation, and circulation of meeting minutes
Preparation on department\'s monthly report and profit and loss statement
Acquire and circulate teaching materials for both internal and external partner programmes
Maintenance of content and submission links on multiple e-learning platforms
Maintenance of department\'s duty roster and timesheet
Updating and tracking of student attendance records
Ordering of stationery
Liaise with internal department and external partners to meet end-goals
Updating documentation with revision to syllabus of internal programmes
Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree, preferably in Biomedical Sciences
Possess excellent organisational and planning skills
Proactive problem solver and team player
