Job Description


Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver quality services to applicants and residents.
  • Provide advice and interact with applicants/residents and relevant parties at our frontline touchpoints on matters relating to the application for Flat Eligibility letters.
  • Perform administrative duties related to these job areas, such as the preparation and verification of documents, processing of applications and requests by applicants, provision of clerical support, handling of telephone enquiries and ad-hoc counter duties and office operations.
Requirements:
  • Possess at least \xe2\x80\x9cA\xe2\x80\x9d level/Diploma qualification
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous, independent, numerate.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft software.
Contract Period: 6-Months

Salary: $12/hour

Location: Toa Payoh

Working Schedule: Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6.00pm

Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
