Provide daily general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-today office operations activities
Liaise with internal department and external parties to follow up on related
administrative matters.
Organize, develop and maintain proper filing system.
Liaise with clients on vehicle installation and maintenance matters.
Assisting clients in the registration process at government web portal.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Min. GCE O Levels, SPM or Diploma with 1 2 years of experience in Administrative or Customer Service roles
Strong Knowledge in Google Workspace Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google
Slides.
Work experience in vehicle fleet management company will be an added advantage.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs like Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Experience in liaising with Chinese speaking clients
