Location : Bedok South Ave 2
Contract period : 1 July 23 \xe2\x80\x93 30 Nov 23 (5months)
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 45-
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted
The Personnel shall be able to interact and work with all staff in the school and be attentive to the students and parents.
Scope of work:
- Front desk duties: answering of phone calls and walk-in enquiries from vendors and parents
- Attend to injured students
- Admin work: filing, counting and distributing of flyers, Microsoft applications - excel, word
- Able to keep calm and work under stress when the front-desk is crowded
- Attend to staff enquiries and requests
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
- Preferably to have passed \xe2\x80\x9cN\xe2\x80\x9d or \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d levels. Potential applicants with the necessary skill-based qualification such as WSQ, office skills certification etc can be considered too. Salary range from $1,600 - $1,900 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.
- He/She should be able to communicate well and enjoy attending to children.
- Prior working experience in a school will be an added advantage. All personnel should provide a list of current and past experience.
