Job Title: HR & Admin Executive
Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Job Summary
The HR & Admin Executive will support the CEO in managing all human resource and administrative functions of Mu Gua Media. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, effective coordination across departments, and adherence to company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Functions
Assist in recruitment activities -- job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and staff claims processing.
Coordinate with management on payroll preparation and performance appraisals.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
Administrative Functions
Oversee office operations, supplies, and general administrative tasks.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation for management.
Manage filing systems (digital and physical) to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and government agencies when necessary.
Support the CEO in daily administrative and operational matters.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
Positive attitude, good time management, and attention to detail.
