Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist on recruiting process, contact potential candidates, arrange interview with different stakeholders of department.
  • Assist on employment contract preparation, onboarding of new join, offboarding process.
  • Familiar with work pass applications, assist and handle the application, renewal, and cancellation of foreign employee.
  • Manage employee leave and attendance, and submission of statutory claims.
  • Assist on in-house training, external training sourcing, and company event.
  • Maintenance and upkeeping of employee\'s profile.
  • Maintain of monthly filing.
  • Provide advice and assistance to employees in HR related matters.
  • Provide administrative support to assistant manager and head of department.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments.
Job Requirements:
  • Min Diploma graduate in Human Resource Management or Business an advantage
  • Min 2 years of work experience in related role.
  • Has knowledge and familiar with MOM standards for hiring of foreign employees.
  • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous with good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Independent, possess good organisation skills with ability to multi-task.
