Job Description

ASE Education Group provides curriculum development and offers both online and onsite customized 1-on-1 training, as well as small-group classes (3-8 students) for learners of all ages. We specialize in tuition programmes for elementary and secondary students, helping them consolidate their learning and improve academic performance in core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, and Chinese.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle documentation and filing tasks
  • Assist in the completion of daily administrative tasks
  • Translate documents, emails, and campus newspapers between Chinese and English.
  • Assist in online student applications, including collecting student documents and information, filling out online applications, and monitoring application status.
Requirements:
  • Good communication and computer skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
