We are looking for a motivated Admin & Marketing Executive who can support our sales operations, assist in daily administration, and drive our online presence. This role is a combination of sales support, admin, and marketing -- ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities
A. Sales Support & Administration
Act as backup to Sales Coordinator: issue delivery orders, invoices, and assist in documentation.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, order confirmations, and customer inquiries.
Maintain and update customer records, filing, and databases.
Support payment follow-up and basic accounts coordination with part-time accountant.
Assist with stock and delivery coordination (liaising with store man & delivery team).
Support simple local purchasing (office supplies, packaging, etc.).
B. Marketing & E-Commerce
Update and maintain company website & e-commerce platforms (product listings, photos, descriptions, pricing).
Manage company social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) with regular posts and updates.
Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
Prepare product catalogues, brochures, and simple marketing materials.
Requirements
Diploma / Certificate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in admin, sales support, or marketing preferred (fresh grads welcome to apply).
Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of website e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
Good communication skills (written & spoken).
Able to multitask and willing to learn new skills.
