Support and assist Bus Fleet Management Department on day-to-day general administrative duties
Perform administrative tasks such as routine data entry assignments of bus scheduling into company\'s Scheduler etc
Upkeep records and reports up to date
Attend to customer queries (calls/emails) and bus booking on a timely manner
Perform invoicing to customers (Quote to Invoice)
Coordinate with Finance on timely billing and collection from customers
Provide administrative support to ensure up-to-date bus fleet compliance for road tax, insurance, maintenance schedule, parking and fuel card management
Any other duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements
Minimum GCE \'N\' or \'O\' Levels and above or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
