Job Description

Ensure smooth office operations through effective management of administrative functions, including call handling, stationery inventory, pantry upkeep, and housekeeping. Maintain an organized filing system and manage service providers such as office equipment suppliers and IT services. Administer employee benefits such as leave and medical entitlements promptly and efficiently. Liaise with insurance brokers and providers for updates, claims, and additional insurance coverage as needed. Oversee office facilities and maintenance matters, ensuring a well-functioning workspace. Prepare and monitor the annual budget, controlling expenditures related to office administration. Coordinate catering and logistics for company-wide events. Represent the organization during fire evacuation briefings and keep the fire warden list updated. Handle various ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.

Requirements:



At least 2years of experience in a similar administrative role. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
