prepare purchase requisitions, memos & tender documents
produce agendas & take minutes for tender evaluation committe meetings
maintain all inventory items record
assist preparation of work schedule & duty roster
maintain record and handle of staff attendance & leave, submission of claims
follow up audit processes & procedures (including ISO audits)
managing maintenance contract
yearly & update the Risk Assessment presentation
Dispatch & receive documets from the main office
assist the Manager with admin matter
Requirement
GCE O levels or Diploma, with 3-5 years experience.
Work independently & possess good communication skills.
Proficiency in MS office
