Assist in office facilities and maintenance requirements by scheduling, assigning and follow up with vendor/ contactors on work progress;
Undertake and oversee office renovation projects and work with various vendors/ contractors to ensure completion;
Assist in enhancing office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and safety equipment\xe2\x80\x99s procurement;
Recommend any improvements to reduce cost or increase efficiency of the facilities services;
Responsible in the general office management like yearly carpet and office cleaning service
Assist with Building Management FSM to conduct and coordinate fire drill - CERT exercise
Support Production and Engineering departments on facilities maintenance, not limited to yearly disposal of expired chemical and damaged equipment under the compliance procedure
Track and update planned preventive maintenance schedule. Manage quarterly/ yearly renewal and compliance of necessary building and facilities permits and inspections
Organize and maintain proper facilities management documentation and records
Provide Office Admin support
Requirements:
GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 Level or above
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore
Proficient in MS Office software
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin
Possess good interaction skills and able to communicate with people at all levels
Strong coordination and multi-tasking skills
Able to work fast pace environment and complete assigned tasks within schedules
Willing to do hands-on work such as packing, checking and organizing stock items
Responsible, committed and independent
Positive work attitude and keen to acquire new knowledge for self-improvement
Basic salary commensurate with experience
