Job Description


Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage all vehicle maintenance purchasing processes in SAP system for SembWaste
  • Preparation and submission of required monthly reports
  • Responsible for maintaining vehicle costing for FM
  • Liaising with suppliers for general & administrative purchases
  • Verification and preparation of all documents before submission for approval for payments/billings
  • Ad-hoc assignments as and when required
  • Liaising with suppliers for compactor maintenance purchases
  • Responsible of all purchasing processes in SAP system
  • Preparation and submission of required monthly reports
  • Verification and preparation of all documents before submission for approval for payments/billings
  • HR/Administrative duties for compactor maintenance personnel
Requirement
  • Completed GCE level / Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Logistics / Operations Management
  • Proficient in MS office application
  • Oral communication in Mandarin
  • Able to work independently
