1. Overseeing Duties
Developing and carrying out an efficient documentation and filing systems for both soft and hard copy records. Ensuring timely updates of documentations on the Data Management System.
Office Equipment Management:
Ensure the smooth functioning of office equipment, including printers and other devices.
?Supports Head of Admin on HR related matters - InfoTech / Mplify apps, OT claims, Deferment letters etc
General administrative duties,
Take minutes during meetings (e.g., staff meetings, team discussions, SOP reviews).
Ensure all staff complete required courses, submit certification, and that course payments are processed promptly.
Manage the ordering and inventory of office supplies.
2. Supporting Duties
Assist the Corporate Communication Resource Unit in coordinating events such as Residents' Day, Iftar, Charity Fest, and other organizational activities.
Coordinate guest and partner visitations, including engagement with donors, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
Support the development and preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and MSF licensing documents, ensuring compliance with the Standards of Care (SOC) and licensing requirements.
Handle incoming phone calls, manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare necessary documentation, and oversee the maintenance of office supplies.
Qualifications Requirements
Minimally diploma/degree, preferably in business administration, management or other related fields.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
