What the role is:

As a Procurement and Contract Management Officer in CID, you play an important role in ensuring contract compliance and providing procurement support for CID in a challenging environment . What you will be working on:
You will report to Office-In-Charge Services & Support Unit and be responsible for performing procurement function and contract management in CID. You will be trained to carry out procurement operations proficiently using the relevant financial systems, and at the same time, ensure adherence to the procurement and finance-related rules and policies while applying the relevant procedures. You will also assist in supporting operations and events when required.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual to be part of our Services & Support Unit, as a Procurement and Contract Management Officer. REQUIREMENTS Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good time management and be able to meet tight deadlines. Meticulous in planning, documentation and audit. Proficient in the English language. Proficient in MS Office/Excel and possess basic computer knowledge for day-to-day written communications. Basic computer knowledge is also required to operate the inventory systems. Prior experience in the procurement or contract management may be helpful.
