- In-charge in the supervision of building maintenance and housekeeping
- Must be any 4-year graduate course.
- With at least 3 to 5 years of work experience in the same field
- Strong management and coordination skills
- Highly organized and keen on details
- Dedicated, results-oriented, hardworking, diligent, and works with integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication and written skills.
- Must be willing to work in San Juan and can start ASAP.
