Role and responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping of payables and receivables
  • Reconciliation of books
  • Preparation of payroll and payments
  • Leaves management, follow-up
  • Monthly timesheets collection and control
  • Various administrative tasks (event coordination, documents sorting and filling...)
Ideal candidate
  • Basics in accounting/bookkeeping
  • Experience with Xero or Quickbooks
  • Good numerical skills with Excel
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
