Job Description

Job Position: Admin Executive (Salary Range $2400 - $3500)





Job Requirements:



1. Minimum GEC O Level or Higher Qualifications


2. Good interpersonal skills and a team player


3. Good command of English (spoken and written) and another official language


4. Prior experience in administrative and finance support role.


5. Good organizational and communication skills.


6. Proficient in Microsoft offices applications.





Job Scope

:


- Serve as receptionist and first point of contact for visitors and calls.


- Handles administrative duties, including procurement of office supplies and pantry needs.


- Process staff claims.


- Assist with documentation and disbursement of social assistance.


- Support accounting duties such as data entry, coordination with colleagues and accountant.


- Support HR administration such as MC Leave, time-off records, staff attendances and recruitments activities.
