Admin Operations Cum Receptionist / E-commerce Support / Bukit Merah
Location: Jalan Kilang
Working days : 5 days [ Mon - Fri ]
Working hours : 8:30am - 6pm
Salary : SGD $ 2,000 - SGD $ 2,700
Job Duties/Descriptions:
- General clerical duties such as but not limited to photocopying, fax and mailings of documents.
- Receptionist responsibility including receiving of phone calls and routing to correspondences, recording of messages to receiving of visitors.
- Processing eCommerce orders via different digital platforms, assist to pick/pack and ship via our transporting agent/s for the last mile delivery.
- Track and trace on the POD (Proof of Deliver Report from Lazada & Shopee and other digital platforms.
- Co-ordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
- Stock inventory management of Ecommerce products and ensuring there is enough stock to fulfill orders from online platform such as Lazada and Shopee.
- Proficieny in microsoft words, excel and powerpoint is required.
- Any other duties which may be assigned to you from time to time.
