Our esteemed client is searching for a Admin & Operations Support Officer (Machinery Rental Industry):


Job Responsibilities:


Process customer orders, requests, and invoices, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records and regularly update internal databases and Excel trackers. Support department heads in administrative tasks, project coordination, and document handling. Liaise with internal departments to compile necessary information for reporting and record-keeping. Prepare and send insurance documents, contracts, and technical drawings to clients. Arrange logistics for machinery deliveries and collections through external transport providers. Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally and provide prompt updates on order status. Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, filing, and answering calls.
Job Requirements:


Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales coordination, customer service, or office administration. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Willingness to work OT on alternate Saturday
Additional Information:


Salary: Basic Up to SGD 2,600 + OT + Housing Allowance + VB Working Location: Tuas Crescent (Pick Up Provided at Gul Circle) Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm, Alternate Full Saturday with OT Provided
