Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Admin & Operations Support Officer:
Job Responsibilities:
Process customer orders, requests, and invoices, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records and regularly update internal databases and Excel trackers.
Support department heads in administrative tasks, project coordination, and document handling.
Liaise with internal departments to compile necessary information for reporting and record-keeping.
Prepare and send insurance documents, contracts, and technical drawings to clients.
Arrange logistics for machinery deliveries and collections through external transport providers.
Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally and provide prompt updates on order status.
Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, filing, and answering calls.?
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales coordination, customer service, or office administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
A team player who is adaptable and thrives in a dynamic work environment.?

Salary:
Up to SGD 2,600 + OT Allowance + VB

5.5 Days Work, with alternate full Saturday
