-Title?Admin (Part-time, Japanese Speaking)
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with Tokyo office to support IT-related tasks such as PC replacement, troubleshooting, and equipment inventory. Tasks are simple and follow Japanese manuals.
Serve as a point of contact for external auditors, handling document-related coordination and internal compliance reminders.
Perform general administrative duties including call handling, maintaining office environment, and supporting internal operations.
Job Requirements
Business English proficiency to communicate internally and externally.
Additional Details
Salary: Monthly S$20/hour (depends on the experience)
Work Hours: 9?00am ?5?30pm on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
