Job Summary:

• up$4500
• Location : Tuas ( Company transport from Boon Lay, MRT, CCK, Woodlands MRT)
• Working hours : 8am to 530pm (Mon- Fri)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely renewal of insurance policies, manage insurance claims and ensure settlement of claims, maintain and update insurance policies listing and claims register
• Manage the procurement team for procurement transactions that involve the procure-to-pay process, including but not limited to new supplier approval, requisitioning, PO execution, delivery of goods and services
• In-charge of the SAP MM module, to coordinate with IT for issues and any changes to the release strategy and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before updating the system
• Ensure forms for onboarding of new vendors are completed before Finance create vendor in SAP system
• Part of the tender working committee for procurement of services and good Sourcing of all maintenance contracts
