Job Description

Admin Receptionist
Salary: $3,000 - $4,500
Working Location: Raffles Place
Working hours: 5 working days, 9 am to 6 pm
Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Oversee reception operations, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, packages, and documents.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for visitors, clients, and internal meetings.
  • Perform basic errands such as delivering documents to the bank or purchasing refreshments and office supplies from nearby vendors.
  • Assist in setting up, organizing, and maintaining meeting rooms for both internal and external meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support to office staff as required.
  • Ensure the reception and refreshment areas are kept clean and presentable at all times.
  • Support post-meeting and event clean up activities.
  • Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned.
