Job Summary

Admin Assistant

Responsibilities



1. Document & File Management



Organize and maintain daily issues (application?invoices, receipts, quotations). Ensure a systematic and easily retrievable filing system.

2. Report Formatting



Format, proofread, and organize reports according to company standards. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all documents.

3. Managerial Support



Assist managers in preparing and organizing daily documentation. Improve workflow efficiency through structured document handling.

4. Client Communication



Handle part of client correspondence and coordination. Build and maintain positive client relationships.
