Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain filing systems, databases, and office supplies inventory. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports. Assist in expense tracking and budget management. Support team members with administrative tasks and coordination. Handle confidential information with discretion. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.

Requirements & Skills



Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or Executive Assistant. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
