Source and procure materials Get quotations, issue Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), process Invoices etc Arrange and manage drivers' and workers' daily work schedule Keep track of workers' attendance/leave/medical leave Manage stock inventory, ensure sufficient supply of materials Liaise with internal and external parties to arrange materials delivery and ensure daily smooth operations Assist in HR responsibilities, including courses registration, workers dormitory registration Provide admin support to the team, including document filing, preparing documents, respond to clients' enquiries via phone calls and emails Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:



Minimum N-level or its equivalent Computer literate Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint) Familiar with purchase processes (Quotation, POs, SOs, DOs, GR, invoices etc.) Able to work in fast paced environment 5.5 work days Able to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently Minimum 1 year of experience in related role Customer-oriented and possess good interpersonal skills Good time and priority management and organizational skills Motivated and willing to learn on the job * Proactive, responsive, attentive and meticulous
