Job Responsibilities:



Prepare and handle purchase orders (PO) and related documentation. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance. Assist in coordinating office operations and support daily administrative tasks. Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain confidentiality of company documents and information. Support the management team in any other assigned administrative work.

Job Requirements:



Female/Male, preferably with relevant administrative or clerical experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good communication and organizational skills. Responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently. Able to multitask and meet deadlines. * Basic English communication required.
