Job Description

  • Responsible for the management of all office facilities, including security, maintenance, and other services.
  • Ensures that the needs of the organization, employees, and/or visitors of the various companies are met.
  • Assist the HRAD department, Regional Manager and Branch Manager in the implementation of administrative and procurement functions.
  • Works in coordination with internal & external teams to deliver a professional, high quality service level to end users
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the organization's accounts, employees, client and staff information
  • Assist in administering the implementation of programs and projects implemented by the department.
  • Carry out other day-to-day assignments as tasked by the Regional Manager and Branch Manager.
Job Qualifications
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in one or more of the following disciplines: Business Administration, Management, Human Resources Management, or relevant studies, or Engineering courses
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience with bachelor's degree, specifically in human resources management, office administration processes, and procurement

  • Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
