Responsible for the management of all office facilities, including security, maintenance, and other services.
Ensures that the needs of the organization, employees, and/or visitors of the various companies are met.
Assist the HRAD department, Regional Manager and Branch Manager in the implementation of administrative and procurement functions.
Works in coordination with internal & external teams to deliver a professional, high quality service level to end users
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the organization's accounts, employees, client and staff information
Assist in administering the implementation of programs and projects implemented by the department.
Carry out other day-to-day assignments as tasked by the Regional Manager and Branch Manager.
Job Qualifications
Preferably a bachelor's degree in one or more of the following disciplines: Business Administration, Management, Human Resources Management, or relevant studies, or Engineering courses
At least 2-3 years of proven experience with bachelor's degree, specifically in human resources management, office administration processes, and procurement
