Job Description

The Admin Assistant is responsible for assisting the Admin Department in office management. This role will be vital in ensuring smooth business operations thru administrative support.1. Perform administrative and office support activities for employees.2. Duties include answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spread sheets and presentations, and filing.3. Use office equipment like printers, photocopiers and fax machines.4. Cover reception duties, looking after customers and assist them.5. Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting failures, calling for repairs, monitoring equipment operation.6. Serve customers by backing-up receptionist, answering questions, forwarding messages, confirming customer orders, and keeping customers informed of order status.7. Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.8. Monitor equipment and office supply.9. Answers incoming phone calls.10. Receives, sorts, endorse incoming mails (concerns and complaints) from clients.11. Provides responses for concerns and complaints.12. Assists in creating a system for responding to telephone and written requests.13. Manages CTBC activation and coordinates with the concerned bank for CTBC activation and convey any concerns and inquiries regarding CTBC card usage.14. Manages JCP account concerns of distributors such as change of name, correction, and retrieval15. Performs other task assigned by the ManagementCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.Required skill(s): MS Office, Word Perfect.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.Underagencyoffice based set upJob Type: Full-timePay: From Php15,000.00 per monthSchedule:
