Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Key Responsibilities
Handle calls, walk-in enquiries, delivery school mails, parcels dispatch
Preparation and verification of documents (e.g. prepare Staff Monthly Attendance Sheet and track their daily attendace)
Maintaining and updating of data records
Compilation of statistics
Filing and typing
Drafting of correspondences
Attending to pupils who are unwell
* Any other duties as assigned by School
