Working Hours



Mondays to Thursdays: 7am to 4pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break Fridays: 7am to 3.30pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Be able to

handle telephone enquiries

3 years of experience

providing admin support Proficient in MS Office Good communication and inter-personal skills Good team player with high level of initiative Good customer service skills High level of initiative and able to work independently

Key Responsibilities



Handle calls, walk-in enquiries, delivery school mails, parcels dispatch Preparation and verification of documents (e.g. prepare Staff Monthly Attendance Sheet and track their daily attendace) Maintaining and updating of data records Compilation of statistics Filing and typing Drafting of correspondences Attending to pupils who are unwell * Any other duties as assigned by School
