Job Description
- Provide administrative and logistics support at the Staff Room
- Assist in finding relief teachers when form, or subject teachers are on MC
- Printing and Binding
- Handle telephone calls and walk-in enquiries
- Reparation and verification of documents
- Maintaining and updating of data records
- Attending to teachers and other stakeholders like students, parents and public queries
- Other general duties as and when required
- Minimally must complete PSLE
- ESS Career Readiness Certificate
- At least 3 years\' experience in school staff room and office administration
- Proficient in IT skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel
- Bilingual with good communication skills
- Good team player
- Able to multi-task
- Mondays to Fridays: 7.00 am to 4.00 pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break in the school canteen.
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays, as well as June and December school holidays for both 2023 & 2024.
- Contract Period: 01 April 2023 to 31 March 2025
