Job Description

Working Hours:



Mondays to Fridays: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Skills & Experience:



Certificate in Office Skills or Certificate in Business Studies (Accounting)

or

Higher Nitec / Nitec in Office Skills

, Accounting or Business - related disciplines, or

GCE 'A' or 'O' Level

certificate or the equivalent of

ESS Career Readiness Certificate (Operations

),

ESS Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5

. Knowledge of

computer skills

such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Preferably with

relevant working experience in administration in educational institutes / schools

.

Job Scopes:



Perform

simple administrative duties

in General Office. Provide

frontline customer services support

/ answer telephone calls and enquiries. Assist in

admission matters

of local & international students.

Data entry and filing

. Attend to

students' needs

.

Collate data for analysis

as and when required. Assist in

school events / meetings

. *

Any other job

assigned by the supervisor.
