Position title : Sales Support x 2 / Admin Support x 1
Location: Bukit Batok Street 23
Working Days: 5 days
Working hours : 9 a.m to 6 p.m.
Salary Budget: $2100 - $2200
Job Scope (Sales Support):

• Assist in issue of purchase order to supplier
• Summit sales quotation , packing of stationery, sales enquiry to customer and follow up for possible sales.
• Handle feedback from customer and resolve complaints.
• Collect information on customer present and future consumption
• Services existing customers and ensure that customers order and requirements are fulfilled
• Collect market information relating to business opportunities, threats and other information on the industry

Job Scope (Admin Support) :

• Handling paperwork and filing
• Helping sales team bill meter reading during month end
• Create account for new customer & create new item
• Assist accounts receivable
• Any other office duties assigned
